Your ÃÛÌÒAPP Student Account

First semester charges and financial aid credits will be applied to your account in July. Second semester charges and financial aid credits will be applied in December. Billing statements are available online, and you'll receive eBill notifications by e-mail on or around the 15th of each month, starting in July. Notifications will be sent to your Occidental e-mail address, as well as any authorized payer's e-mail address.

We encourage students to check their ÃÛÌÒAPP student account regularly to stay on top of any activity. If someone else is helping cover your tuition and fees, you're welcome to share eBill access with them so they can view statements and make payments easily — just keep in mind that the student remains ultimately responsible for all charges.

Payment due dates are important to keep track of. If a balance remains unpaid after the due date, the account will be considered delinquent and a late fee of 1% of the outstanding balance (minimum $25) will be applied each month until the balance is resolved. Reaching out early if you have questions or concerns about your account is always a great idea!
