Account Charge Forms

Student Account Charge Sheet

If your ÃÛÌÒAPP Club, Organization, or Campus Department is submitting charges to post to a student's account, please see the relevant section below.

The deadline to submit charges is the last day of classes each semester. Please note that charges under $5.00 will not be accepted.

For ÃÛÌÒAPP Clubs or Organizations:

Clubs and organizations may only charge current students. Please reach out to ASOC at asocfinance@oxy.edu for instructions on submitting charges.

For Departments:

1. Fill out the SBS Account Charge Sheet completely SBS Account Sheet (Department)
2. Verify that all information is correct, especially student ID numbers. Only current students can be billed — Faculty, Staff, and Alumni ID numbers cannot be used.
3. Submit it to stuaccts@oxy.edu
